At Tile Studio Pvt Ltd, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Customised or special-order products cannot be cancelled.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- Incorrect products are delivered
- The product remains unused and in original packaging
Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos as proof.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Installed tiles/products
- Special-order items
- Clearance or discounted products
- Used or damaged items caused by improper handling
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges may be non-refundable.
- The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .
5. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or damaged delivery.
The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.
If you are receiving any damaged or defective products please contact us within 24 hrs so we will Re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5-6 working days
6. Inspection Policy
Customers are requested to inspect all products before installation. No claims will be accepted once tiles or materials are installed.
